Maurizio Tadioli

Modern Italian violin by Maurizio Tadioli, made in Cremona in 2006. Gorgeous highly flamed two piece back with stunning antiqued varnish. The word “opulent” comes to mind. Deep, powerful sound with great ease of playing. Tadioli, born in Cremona in 1967, is considered one of the top makers in the world today. He took masterclasses with Samuel Zygmuntowicz and Greg Alf in antiquing and color theory and has won many awards and competitions.
